A computer implemented method, a system and computer program for estimating a target's position

Nowadays in-vehicle navigation systems still largely rely on the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). GNSS applies the principle of multilateration where, exploiting the ranging information coming from different satellites, the user can estimate its own position. However, 10 due to propagation effects such as multipath and shadowing, GNSS systems alone are limited to meet advanced SAE driving automation levels. The present relates to a method, system and computer programs for estimating a target's position such as a vehicle or a user computing device.
