VIRTUAL ACTIVITY TV or Radio (including internet)

Domingo Sanz, Inés (UB)
This is one of the chapters of the videopodcast Desenterrando el Pasado, presented by Candela Antón de Vez, in collaboration with Fundación Palarq and Historia National Geographic. The aim of this podcast series is to engage the public with archaeology and human history by connecting past and present. Each episode brings together archaeologists and contemporary voices—such as influencers, writers, or cultural figures—to create accessible and engaging conversations that make the past meaningful in today’s world. In this chapter, archaeologist and rock art specialist Inés Domingo joins forces with the renowned cartoonist Flavita Banana to reflect on fundamental questions such as What is art? When does it begin? What does it mean? Drawing on their own experiences and knowledge, they explore how the creation of shared codes is essential for art to carry meaning and to serve as a bridge of communication within human societies.
