DNA basecaller for direct RNA sequencing and uses thereof in nanopores

The present invention discloses a method to train a complete DNA basecaller using high 5 complex DRS training datasets and applications of the trained complete DNA basecaller. Including a method to sequence single-cell RNA using capture oligonucleotides and oligonucleotides-DNA barcodes.
