UJI, ICREA & UB researchers unveil a high-precision methodology to redefine the study of Late Paleolithic portable art

A multidisciplinary research team from Universitat Jaume I (UJI), the University of Barcelona, and the Catalan Institution for Research and Advanced Studies (ICREA) has developed an innovative high-precision analytical methodology that significantly improves how prehistoric portable art is documented and interpreted. The results were published in the peer-reviewed journal Journal of Archaeological Science: Reports (DOI: 10.1016/j.jasrep.2025.105530).
